ASGORE

18/12 update: verified by CJxCCVI! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zSlu_YhwNM&ab_channel=CJxCCVI when i heard xaev's arrangement/remix of undertale's ASGORE ost, i was very intrigued by the mix of styles between him and toby fox. it took a while to appeal to me though, but upon relistening a few days ago, it instantly struck a chord, and i knew i had to make a layout. thankfully, this (and many more of his works) were recently uploaded to his newgrounds. as for the level, this was pretty much entirely made on stream, and very much for the better. i originally intended to make this a short layout, ending at 1:28, but my viewers told me to keep going, so i did, using the entirety of the arrangement. needless to say, this was one of my most fun building experiences, taking in the various inputs from my stream chat and building the goofiest gp ever. in terms of gameplay, this would probably be an insane/extreme demon (considering its length), and is very unbalanced in its current state. with that being said, it is still playable, and quite fun in my opinion, being heavily click-sync-based as usual. as a whole, this was just a huge mash of whatever that really ended up working how i wanted it to. id: 97260942 song: @xaev - ASGORE (Arrangement) https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/1251706
